I am currently developing software at Wellframe full-time. We create technology that helps hospitals and health plans communicate with patients, gather important data, and guide them along plans of care to improve their recovery.

Working in the health technology field is challenging, but Wellframe has the advantage of being nimble in a field of giants. We are able to anticipate and respond to customers' needs and still retain the majority of our time for innovation and additions to our platform. Even with target dates 12+ months out, our sales team actually demos software that is behind development!
This kind of confidence in your product is a great feeling. I joined Wellframe with the mission of creating and owning a software product in whole — my first step was to write version 3.0 from the ground up with a brand new design. As our team's size and velocity increased, I designed and created an internal build system for both iOS and Android, and I've recently begun contributing to the Android codebase as well.
Working as part of a team that cares about the whole product has been fulfilling. It's great to know that we are creating value not just in dollars for our customers, but in quality of life for our users.
